The goal of the OOR program is to reduce monthly utility costs, improve energy performance, minimize ongoing maintenance, preserve the housing unit and add to the quality of life.

The Direct Homebuyer Assistance Program (DHA) is a 0% interest loan with payments on the loan deferred until transfer of title or resale of the home. Each applicant is required to provide $1,000 and secure a single family mortgage loan from a lender of their choice. All applicants must fit certain income guidelines and be approved by the Board of Directors.
